About me
I'm Pete McLoughlin, a husband, a father and a business builder. I've spent almost 15 years in technology across the UK and South Africa, most of it building and running ClearScore South Africa. I've hired the teams, carried the P&L, and been the person on the hook for the whole thing, so I know how it feels from the inside.
Today I work with owners on both sides of that journey, from Cape Town to the UK, and I'm drawn to the unglamorous problems most consultants skip: the leaky funnel, the process that eats your week, the growth you can see but can't quite reach.
